This is a charcoal drawing that I created to capture myself in a moment of creation. The darkness surrounding me represents the creative process, which can be both isolating and intense. The contrast of light and dark shades highlights both the physical form and the emotional intensity present in every stroke of charcoal. I’m holding brushes firmly – tools that feel like extensions of my own body. The necklace with a circular pendant around my neck is a personal touch that I added to the portrait.
